Funds in the total amount of KM 460,000 were allocated through capital transfers to non-profit organizations, and are intended for the construction, adaptation, reconstruction and rehabilitation of buildings that represent an important part of the cultural and historical heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This financial support is part of the Ministry’s systematic and continuous activities aimed at the restoration, rehabilitation and preservation of sacred and cultural objects of exceptional historical importance.

Minister Vlaisavljević pointed out that religious buildings and monasteries are an indispensable part of the cultural identity of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that their preservation represents an investment in common cultural heritage and historical memory.

“The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports continues to provide support to projects that contribute to the preservation of cultural and architectural heritage, aware of their value for local communities, but also for the overall cultural image of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said the minister.
