Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević met today in the Ministry with the representatives of the Committee for Education, Science and Culture of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ms. Jasmina Biščević-Tokić, the Chair of the Committee, Mr. Damir Nikšić, Deputy Chair, Ilda Alibegović and Ivica Šarić, Committee Members and Almedina Bulić, the Secretary of the Committee.

Namely, the Committee for Education, Science and Culture of the House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament addressed the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports with a request to organize a joint meeting of the Federal Minister Culture and Sports, Ms. Sanja Vlaisavljević with the representatives of the Committee after the Committee had discussed at its second session, held on 30 May 2023, the Information on Organisation of the European School Volleyball Championship under the flag of Republika Srpska, submitted to the Committee by Natmir Buljubašić, member of the Management Board of the School Sports Association in the Federation of BiH.

The participants of today’s meeting, including the Assistant Minister for Sport, Mr. Adnan Džindo, discussed the possible ways of resolving the outstanding issues in the relevant field. In order to discuss the issues in more details and find the best possible solution, the participants agreed on holding in the course of this week another meeting which will be attended, in addition to the representatives of the Ministry and representatives of the Committee for Education, Science and Culture of the Federal Parliament, also by the representatives of the Management Board of the School Sports Association in the Federation of BiH.
