Minister Vlaisavljević Opens 4th International Printmaking Triennial in Livno


The Federal Minister of Culture and Sports, Sanja Vlaisavljević, opened the 4th International Printmaking Triennial in Livno on Friday, June 26, 2026. Held amidst the “Naša Gorica” ​​Cultural and Religious Days—an event linking rich Franciscan heritage with artistic creativity—the Triennial reaffirmed that art transcends borders and differences, remaining a universal language of dialogue.

In her address, Minister Vlaisavljević highlighted the world of printmaking as a wondrous realm woven from a multitude of geometric strokes and ideas, which gives it a unique character. At the conclusion of the event, she presented the main award to printmaker Zdenka Pozaić.

The event was attended by numerous artists, cultural professionals, and art enthusiasts, including the former Minister of Culture of the Republic of Croatia, Božo Biškupić; the Ambassador of the Republic of India to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Anshuman Gaur; the Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia, Petra Gradišek; and the Vice-Consul at the Consulate General of the Republic of Croatia in Livno, Miroslav Jelić.
