Puračka ćaska is a traditional dish from Puračić. It is prepared of meat with addition of spices. It is characteristic that ćaska is prepared in a wooden bowl, called ćasa, whereas it is served in small earthenware, called ćaska. Thus, the name of the dish – ćaska.Ćaska is prepared and served only in special occasions for special guests. The earthenware keeps the dish warm for a long time, requiring a special way of consuming.
