As part of monitoring the implementation of projects supported by the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, Adnan Bektić, the Ministry’s expert advisor for international cooperation, visited Football Club “Radnik” Hadžići on September 28, 2026.
During the site visit, club representatives presented the activities carried out under the “Youth in the Elite Tier” project, for which the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports had approved funding in the amount of 5,000.00 KM.
The project aims to provide young footballers from Hadžići with a professional, continuous, and high-quality training and competitive environment through the participation of the FK “Radnik” Hadžići junior squad in the BiH Premier League for Juniors—the highest tier of youth football in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Participation in the elite tier of youth football offers young players the opportunity to compete at a high level, gain valuable sporting experience, and continuously improve their football skills. At the same time, the organized training and competition processes foster conditions for their physical and mental development, the cultivation of discipline, responsibility, and team spirit, as well as the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits. The project is particularly significant for creating a safe and encouraging sports environment where young footballers have the opportunity to progress and gain recognition through high-quality training and matches against the best junior teams in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this way, the project contributes to the development of youth sports and creates new opportunities for young athletes from the Hadžići area.
During the visit, the documentation and activities related to the project’s implementation were reviewed; it was noted that project activities are being carried out through a continuous training and competitive process involving the Club’s junior squad in the BiH Premier League for juniors.
The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports continues to monitor the implementation of supported projects in the field, particularly given their importance for the development of youth sports, the creation of quality conditions for working with young athletes, and their inclusion in organized sports activities.
