Marjan Rajić, Expert Associate for Associations in the Field of Culture at the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, conducted a field visit to the Public Institution General Library Maglaj, a beneficiary of grants provided by the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, with the aim of monitoring the implementation of the approved project “Mulabdić Cultural Days 2026”.

During the visit, the beneficiary informed the Ministry’s representative that the project had been completed in full and that all planned activities had been successfully implemented. As evidence of implementation, promotional posters, invitations, and newspaper articles documenting the programme activities were presented for review.

As the project has been fully implemented, the beneficiary is required, in accordance with contractual obligations, to submit a comprehensive narrative and financial report, together with the supporting documentation, to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports within the prescribed deadline.

In conclusion, the field visit and review of the presented programme and financial documentation confirmed that all project activities had been carried out as planned. An examination of promotional materials, bank statements, author agreements, and service contracts provided insight into the implementation and financing of the project. Final verification of the project implementation will be conducted upon submission of the complete narrative and financial report, in accordance with the contractual obligations.
