The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports has been sent a call for secondment of experts to the Council of Europe, within the Directorate General for Democracy and Human Dignity (DG II), through the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

There are two positions for which the application procedure is open:

Program Manager – Digital Transformation in Education

Program Manager – Higher and Further Education
Reference: 1088/2025
Application deadline: January 5, 2026
