As part of the monitoring of projects funded by the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, on 7 October 2026, Marjan Rajić, Professional Associate in the Ministry’s Culture Sector, conducted a field visit to the Serbian Educational and Cultural Society “Prosvjeta” – Mostar City Board, a beneficiary of Ministry funding, in relation to the implementation of the project “The 107th Šantić Poetry Evenings in Mostar.”

According to information obtained during the visit, project activities were carried out between 27 September and 5 October 2026 and were successfully completed in their entirety.

As supporting documentation for the project’s implementation, the beneficiary presented a promotional poster announcing the event, including information on sponsors and participants, as well as media coverage featuring programme participants and documenting reactions and support from representatives of various sectors of society, including representatives of governmental, religious, and cultural institutions.

A review of the submitted materials confirmed the public presentation and visibility of the event, as well as the interest and support of various relevant social and cultural stakeholders involved in its implementation.

Based on the field visit and the documentation presented, it was established that the project “The 107th Šantić Poetry Evenings in Mostar” was fully implemented. In accordance with its contractual obligations, the beneficiary is required to submit a narrative and financial report, together with the accompanying supporting documentation, to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports within the prescribed deadline.

In conclusion, the field visit confirmed that the planned project activities had been carried out and successfully completed, while the submitted documentation verified their public presentation and media coverage. A final assessment of the project’s implementation and the expenditure of the approved funds will be conducted upon receipt of the complete narrative and financial report, in accordance with the contractual obligations.
