For the purpose of monitoring the implementation of the project “Imagine This… Artificial Intelligence in Visualization”, which received funding from the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, Marjan Rajić, Professional Associate in the Ministry’s Culture Sector, conducted a field visit to the Down Syndrome Association Mostar, a beneficiary of Ministry funding, on 7 October 2026.

During discussions with the project manager, information was obtained regarding the current status of implementation. It was confirmed that the project was still in progress and that, according to the planned timeline, all project activities are expected to be completed by 30 October 2026. According to the project manager, all workshops planned within the project had been completed by the time of the field visit.

During the visit, media publications, participant lists, promotional posters, photographic materials, and other documentation and supporting materials related to the implementation of the project were presented for review. The submitted materials provided insight into the activities carried out to date and the overall progress achieved within the project.

Based on the field visit and the information obtained, it was concluded that the project was in its final stage of implementation, with the remaining activities scheduled to be completed before the planned project completion date.

Upon completion of all project activities, the beneficiary shall, in accordance with the provisions of the signed contract, submit a narrative and financial report, together with all supporting documentation, to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.
