As part of the Action Plan for visits to beneficiaries of approved funding, on 10 September 2026, Marko Frančešević, a representative of the Ministry’s Culture Sector, visited the International Centre “Terra” in Mostar with the aim of monitoring the intended use of funds allocated for the implementation of the project “From Konjic Across Bosnia and Herzegovina”.

During the visit, the Ministry representative toured the Association’s premises, where he was introduced by the Association’s representative to its work, activities carried out to date, and the implementation of the project “From Konjic Across Bosnia and Herzegovina”.

During the visit, the Ministry representative was granted access to the available financial documentation, including all pro forma invoices that were available at the time of the inspection. It was emphasized that the complete financial report would be submitted upon the completion of the project, which is still ongoing.

Based on the review of the project implementation to date, it was established that more than half of the planned project activities had already been completed and that the project is being implemented in accordance with the planned schedule and established deadlines.
