Action Plan for Visits of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports for 2026: Visit to the Association of Visual Artists “Irma Studio Art” Goražde (Culture)

As part of the Action Plan for visits to beneficiaries of approved funds of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, on 15 September 2026, Marjan Rajić, Expert Associate in the Culture Sector, visited the Association of Visual Artists “IRMA STUDIO ART” Goražde, where an inspection of the implementation of project activities was conducted.

During the visit, a meeting was held with the President of the Association, who presented the progress achieved so far and the activities implemented within the project. It was noted that, since January 2026, more than fifty art workshops have been organized for children and adults, who were divided into four groups. This approach ensured the continuity of programme activities and provided an adapted learning environment for participants of different age groups.

As part of the project implementation, a public call for participants was issued, a project team was established, and a portion of the materials required for conducting the workshops was procured. Furthermore, on 18 July 2026, a presentation and exhibition of the artworks created during the workshops was organized.

During the field visit, the beneficiary presented documentation and materials related to the implementation of the project, including posters, photographs, brochures containing information about participants, materials published on websites, and certificates awarded to participants. An examination of the documentation confirmed both the implementation and the continuity of project activities carried out to date.

It was also established that the Association of Visual Artists “IRMA STUDIO ART” Goražde has its own premises in which it conducts its activities, including art workshops.

Based on the field visit and the documentation presented, it was concluded that the project activities are being implemented continuously and that a significant portion of the planned activities had been completed by the date of the visit. The complete narrative and financial report, together with the supporting documentation for the remaining contracted activities, will be submitted to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports in accordance with contractual obligations and established deadlines.
