The amount of KM 200,000 will be allocated for the purpose of co-financing the work of the Public Enterprise “Filmski Centar Sarajevo”, it was decided at the 13th session of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, held on 7 September 2023.
Namely, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted the Decision on Adopting the Spending Programme with the Criteria for Distribution of Funds “Subsidies to Public Enterprises – Co-financing the Work of the Public Enterprise “Filmski Centar Sarajevo” for the Preservation and Protection of Film Material” of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, established in the FBiH Budget for 2023.
The funds are approved for the purpose of subsidizing the Public Enterprise “Filmski Centar Sarajevo” for the preservation and protection of film materials. The funds will be distributed in accordance with general and special criteria.
The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports will conclude with the funds beneficiary, the Public Enterprise “Filmski Centar Sarajevo”, a contract on the manner and conditions of using the approved funds. The funds will be paid within 30 days from the date of signing the contract. The funds beneficiary shall be obliged to implement the programme/project within the stipulated period, i.e. no later than 31 December 2023. Furthermore, the funds beneficiary shall be obliged to submit to the Ministry a report with complete documentation on the intended use of funds within 15 days from the end of the project/programme.
The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports will control the intended use of approved funds. The control will be carried out on the basis of submitted reports, and if necessary, directly at this public enterprise.
