The international seminar titled “Equal opportunities for all – the basis of social rights” was organized by the Croatian Cultural Society “Napredak” on Friday, 14 June 2024 in Sarajevo.

The aim of the seminar was, inter alia, to encourage development of new strategies and approaches for the integration of marginalised groups into the labour market and to promote diversity and inclusiveness in the business environment. During the seminar, the participants covered a number of relevant topics, such as: necessary prerequisites for achieving social equality, ways to solve the problem of low wages and unsafe working conditions for young people, the importance of education and training in the process of creating equal opportunities, measures to reduce the social gap and other important topics from this field.

Adviser to the Minister, Anita Vlašić, attended the opening of the seminar on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.
