A working meeting was held in the premises of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, attended by representatives of the Ministry, Anita Vlašić and Marko Komšić, a delegation of the FBiH Boxing Association, led by the president of the Association, Hamida Šemić, as well as members of the Association: Edis Efendić, Mirsad Ćebo and Mirza Aljić.

The central topic of the conversation was the current state of the boxing sport in the Federation of BiH, the planned activities of the Federation for the upcoming period, as well as models of support for top athletes. Representatives of the Ministry listened to the Federation’s plans related to the development of young talents and preparations for international competitions, stressing the importance of transparent work and achieving top sports results.

During the meeting, the need for continuous communication between the umbrella sports institutions and the relevant ministry was emphasized in order to provide the best possible basis for the work of the clubs and the progress of boxing as an Olympic discipline.
