The Federal Minister of Culture and Sports received today in her office the delegation of the Women’s Football Club SFK 2000 Sarajevo, Anela Potura, Azra Numanović and Vildana Imamović. On behalf of the Ministry, the meeting was attended, besides Minister Vlaisavljević, by the Assistant Minister for Sports, Adnan Džindo.

On this occasion, the representatives of one of the most successful women’s football clubs in the region informed the minister about the results achieved so far, whereby they especially emphasised the fact that they won the title of champions of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 21 years in a row. This is also the only club that has the right to participate in international competitions, including the highest level of football competition – the UEFA Women’s Champions League, which significantly contributes to the promotion of BiH women’s football and sports in general.

Minister Vlaisavljević congratulated the representatives of SFK 2000 Sarajevo on their excellent results, wishing them equally good and even better results in the following competitions, in which the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports will support them in accordance with its capabilities.
