On Wednesday, 15 April 2026, the first session of the Coordination Committee for Monitoring the Implementation of the Gender Action Plan of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2026-2027 was held in the building of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Board’s Rules of Procedure were adopted at the session, and the obligation of all members to create a Gender Action Plan for the institution they were appointed to was established.

Also, trainings have been announced that will refer to the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace, the fight against domestic violence, and the economic and political empowerment of women.

The session was attended by Bjanka Alajbegović, member of the Coordination Committee in front of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.
