At the premises of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević signed contracts with representatives of municipalities and cities comprising the third group of beneficiaries of capital transfers. The allocated funds are intended for the construction, renovation, and reconstruction of sports infrastructure, reaffirming the Ministry’s enduring commitment to creating new opportunities for young people and strengthening community cohesion through investments in sports.

Funds were allocated to:

The Municipality of Bugojno for the renovation and reconstruction of the “Hendek” stadium,
The Municipality of Ključ for Phase I of the construction of the “Ključ” sports hall,
The City of Lukavac for the repair of the roof over the bowling alley and the construction of the “Devetak” indoor civilian shooting range,
The Municipality of Tešanj for the construction of the NK “Tošk” football stadium,
The City of Srebrenik for the construction of supporting infrastructure for the sports and recreation zone and the reconstruction of the athletics track,
The City of Zenica for the construction of a solar power plant at the Olympic Pool complex and the activation of the water park,
The Municipality of Kakanj for the construction of an auxiliary pitch for FK “Rudar”, and
The Municipality of Jajce for the construction of an auxiliary pitch at the “Mračaj” City Stadium.
The total value of these projects amounts to 3,050,000 KM.

Minister Vlaisavljević emphasized that investing in sports infrastructure means investing in the strength of the community and the future of young generations. The signatories emphasized that the implementation of these projects would open up new opportunities for sports and recreation, while also strengthening local communities by creating spaces for gathering, socializing, and recreation.
