On 10 September 2026, Hanadin Basarić, a representative of the Youth Department of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, visited the “Verus” Association with the aim of monitoring the implementation of the project entitled “Creative Potential of Youth.”
At the time of the visit, the project had been fully completed, with project activities carried out between 1 May and 1 July 2026. The activities included the organization of participant selection, provision of workspace and materials, as well as an introductory lecture through which participants were introduced to the programme and objectives of the project.
Following the introductory phase, practical workshops in drawing, painting, and sculpture were conducted. The workshops were organized in small groups and supported by professional mentors, enabling participants to develop their creative potential and artistic skills through an individualized approach.
Through practical work, young people were given the opportunity to express their creativity and further develop their artistic abilities, independence, and self-confidence. A particularly valuable aspect of the workshops was that participants were able to explore different forms of artistic expression and develop their own ideas through hands-on experience.
Representatives of the “Verus” Association emphasized that the implemented activities provided young people with meaningful and constructive ways to spend their free time, encouraged creativity, and fostered the development of new ideas. They also highlighted that the project was successfully implemented with the support of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports and contributed to the development of young people’s creative potential and their active participation in community life.
During the visit, the Association presented the complete financial documentation and the project implementation report, which will be submitted to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports in the coming period.
The implementation of the project achieved its primary objective of providing young people with opportunities and space to develop their creative potential, artistic skills, and self-confidence, while encouraging the meaningful use of free time and fostering greater participation in the social and cultural life of the community.
