As part of the action plan for visiting beneficiaries of approved funds, Vladimir Podany, an official from the Ministry’s Culture Sector, conducted a monitoring visit on September 28, 2026, regarding the implementation of the project “Pop Culture of National Minorities” by the beneficiary—the Association of National Minorities of Sarajevo Canton—which is supported by funds from the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.

The monitoring visit confirmed that the “Pop Culture of National Minorities” project is currently underway. All planned project activities are being carried out in accordance with the established program plan.

The beneficiary has fulfilled all financial obligations related to the project’s implementation; copies of invoices and bank statements were submitted as proof of payments made up to the date of the monitoring visit.

Upon project completion, the beneficiary will prepare a narrative and financial report on the project’s implementation and submit it to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports in accordance with contractual obligations, no later than December 31, 2026.

During the visit, the promotional materials and media evaluation of the project were reviewed, focusing on the implemented project activities and their media visibility.

Through its content, the “Pop Culture of National Minorities” project contributes to the development of cultural and creative output, the encouragement of artistic expression, the enrichment of cultural offerings, and the creation of a space for the participation and networking of various stakeholders in cultural and social life.
