The representative of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, Adnan Bektić, participated in the Third Meeting of the Working Group for the Development of the First, Comprehensive Strategy for the Prevention of Addiction in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Period from 2024 to 2034, which was held at the Swissotel in Sarajevo on 8 July 2024.

The meeting attendants defined the Rules of Procedure proposal and the review of the submitted materials for the preparation of the Strategy from the relevant ministries. Furthermore, they analysed the strategic goals, and also defined the proposal of the document structure and the mode of defining the strategic measures.

The members of the Working Group for the Strategy Creation will prepare measures for implementation of the Strategy’s goals by the next meeting on behalf of the teams they represent in the Working Group.
