Following Article 56 of the Act on Organisation of State Administration Bodies in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of FBiH, 35/05), and in accordance with Article 5 of the Rulebook on Procedures of Selecting the Beneficiaries of the Public Invitation in the Field of Cultural and Historical Heritage, Culture, Sports and Youth for the Year 2023 no. 01-11-10-3131/23 of 15 June 2023, the Federal Minister of Culture and Sports hereby adopts the following

 

DECISION

I.

In accordance with the Report of the Division for Cultural and Historical Heritage and Culture on the Control of the Formal and Legal Validity of the Applications Filed to the Public Invitation for the Selection of Programmes and Projects to be Co-financed from the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Year 2023, “Grants for Culture for Significance for the Federation of BiH”, the applications listed in the hereby enclosed table have been found to be invalid in formal and legal terms.

II.

The applicants listed in the hereby enclosed table are entitled to file a complaint to this Decision within 5 (five) days from the day of this Decision having been published on the web-site of the Ministry.

III.

The Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
