The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports sends sincere congratulations to the young athlete from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zerina Bešlija, for achieving exceptional success and meeting the standard for the U20 World Championship in the discipline of shot put.

The result of 14.61 m, with which Zerina qualified for the World Championship in Eugene in the American state of Oregon, is also a new state record for Bosnia and Herzegovina in the junior competition.

This great success is a confirmation of the exceptional talent, dedicated work and continuous progress of the young athlete from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also proof that BiH sport has a bright future and a new generation of athletes ready for major international competitions.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports wishes Zerina Bešlija much success at the upcoming World Championship, as well as continued sports development and new top results in the future.
