The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports organised today a meeting between Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević and Assistant Minister for Sports Adnan Đindo with the Secretary General to the BiH Handball Federation, Nedimo Arnautović, and members of the Board of Directors, Kenan Magoda and Vladimir Branković.

After welcoming words, the representatives of the BiH Handball Federation informed Minister Vlaisavljević about numerous issues that have been frustrating the work of the BiH Handball Federation for years, and announced the possible suspension of the European Handball Federation if the situation is not promptly resolved in favour of the BiH Handball Federation, which would ultimately mean “extinguishing handball in Bosnia and Herzegovina”.

Minister Vlaisavljević emphasised that the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports would use all available opportunities so that the BiH Handball Federation could at least partially resolve the pertaining issues that have been blocking the development of handball in BiH for more than a decade.
