The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports organises an event to mark the World Day for Cultural Diversity, Dialogue and Development on Wednesday, 21 May 2025 at 12:00.

The goal of the World Day for Cultural Diversity, Dialogue and Development is to foster the experience of diversity in a spirit of curiosity, engagement in dialogue and mutual listening in order to test the practical development opportunities offered by cultural entrepreneurship, creative industries, cultural tourism and the preservation of cultural heritage. Cultural diversity is important for the economic growth and development of different peoples, it also enables and facilitates dialogue between civilizations and cultures, and on a personal level it helps to lead a more intellectually and emotionally fulfilling life.
