On Tuesday, 11 November 2025, the Sarajevo War Theatre premiered the poignant play They Are No More, which opens up issues of memory, loss and responsibility through artistic expression. The play was based on a text by Doruntina Basha, directed by Andrej Nosov. An exceptional cast appeared on stage in the main roles: Mirjana Karanović, Svetozar Cvetković and Alban Ukaj.

The evening is particularly meaningful because this play marks the 30th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, with which SARTR and partner institutions remind us of the importance of a culture of remembrance and artistic testimony.

The premiere was followed by a reception and pleasant socializing with the actors, which further enriched the atmosphere of the evening.
