The Central European Initiative (CEI) has published a call for proposals for the Knowledge and Skills Exchange Programme (KEP). The details of the call are available at the link:

Through co-financing of the capacity building projects, institutional development and technical assistance, the programme acts as a development instrument that promotes regional cooperation and encourages the process of integration into the European Union.
The KEP offers grants to support non-EU CEI member countries in converging with European standards and policies through the transfer of expertise and best practices from institutions or entities based in EU CEI member states.
The following can apply:
• Public or private entities registered in a CEI member state;
- At least two partners per proposal;
- At least one knowledge and skills provider based in an EU CEI member state and one knowledge and skills user institution based in a non-EU CEI member state.
The application deadline is Friday, 26 September 2025.
