On 27 January 2026, the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports was visited by Zlatko Ivanišević, author of the popular children’s project “Planet Earth”.

After welcoming the Minister to the Ministry, Ivanišević presented the idea of ​​continuing the “Planet Earth” project, which has so far included songs and stories, and the intention is to expand and improve it by realizing a theater play and a TV series for children under the same title.

Welcoming the idea of ​​improving TV programs for the youngest in domestic production, which is unfortunately becoming less and less, with such a project and the production of theater plays with children’s themes that would interest the youngest members of our society in theater, the Minister informed the guest about the methods and criteria for applying for Ministry funds through upcoming public calls.

Ivanišević then thanked for the reception and useful ideas and advice for improving the “Planet Earth” project, and the meeting ended with Minister Vlaisavljević stating that the Ministry stands by quality projects and promotes and supports them according to its capabilities.
