On 13 January 2026, Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević held a meeting in her office with the Mayor of the Municipality of Foča, Mujo Sofradžija.

Minister Vlaisavljević welcomed the Mayor, who was visiting the Ministry for the first time, and was briefed on current developments in the fields of culture, sports, and youth within the municipality.

Mayor Sofradžija presented information on the key projects the municipality plans to implement in the coming period and inquired about available funding mechanisms through public calls and capital transfers.

With the shared understanding that cooperation between the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports and the Municipality of Foča will be intensified in the period ahead, it was concluded that this will not be the last meeting at the Ministry, all with the aim of advancing culture, sports, and youth initiatives in Foča.
