The hotel facade was built in the originally designed style, richly decorated with decorative elements that, according to available traces and preserved samples, were reconstructed while respecting the original appearance of the building. Special attention was paid to the creation of decorative elements and their integration into the existing architectural structure.
After reviewing the completed works, it was determined that the works were carried out with high quality, in accordance with the principles and standards of cultural and historical heritage protection, project documentation and guidelines issued by the Institute for the Protection of Monuments.
