Edna Šunjić, the Olympic Games gold medal winner and member of the Sports Council of the European Special Olympics started working in the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.

Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević and employees of the Ministry warmly welcomed the new employee into the working environment that will become her second home. After having met her colleagues, Edna happily took over her work duties showing motivation to participate in all challenges on an equal footing with other employees.

We believe that this act of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports will be followed by other institutions, considering that this is the very first time in the history of the Federation of BiH that a person with disabilities is employed on a fixed-term basis by a ministry, said the Fund for Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities.
