Today, the first international cycling race “Tour of Bosnia and Herzegovina” began in Sarajevo, a unique sporting event that brings together competitors and cycling enthusiasts from the country and the world. This race represents an important step forward in the promotion of sports, tourism and cultural diversity in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A gala dinner was held last night for friends and supporters of the race on the eve of the start, which highlighted the importance of togetherness and support for sports initiatives that connect people and cities.

The Ministry of Culture and Sports proudly supports this event, believing that the race will contribute to strengthening international cooperation and the affirmation of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a destination open to sports, culture and friendship.

The start of the race was attended by Anita Vlašić on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.
