As part of the action plan for visiting recipients of approved funding, Vladimir Podany, an official from the Culture Sector of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, conducted a monitoring visit on 14 September 2026, regarding the implementation of the “15th Evergreen Fest 2026” project by the “Evergreen Fest” Association, which was supported by funds from the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.

The “15th Evergreen Fest 2026” project represents a significant musical and cultural event that brings together performers, musicians, artists, and music enthusiasts. Through its program, the festival provides a platform for showcasing diverse musical expressions and promoting musical performers, while contributing to the development and promotion of cultural and musical creativity.

The “15th Evergreen Fest 2026” project was implemented between 7 and 22 August 2026, featuring a total of 12 concerts. The program enabled the audience to engage with a variety of musical content, thereby enriching the cultural landscape and contributing to the promotion of musical art.

The monitoring visit confirmed that project activities were carried out in accordance with the established program plan. Preparations for the narrative and financial reports on the project’s implementation are currently underway, alongside a media evaluation of the festival. During the visit, promotional and publicity materials related to the completed project and festival activities were reviewed.

The beneficiary, the “Evergreen Fest” Association, is required to submit a narrative and financial report on the project’s implementation to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, in accordance with contractual obligations and prescribed deadlines.

Through its program, the “15th Evergreen Fest 2026” project contributes to the development and promotion of musical art, the showcasing of performers and diverse musical expressions, and the creation of a space for artists and audiences to meet; in doing so, it enriches the cultural landscape and contributes to the development of musical and cultural life in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
