I sincerely thank you for the invitation to the International Summer Carnival in Čapljina, which will take place on 8 August 2026. This unique event—which has proudly represented Bosnia and Herzegovina within the Federation of European Carnival Cities for a quarter of a century—carries powerful symbolism regarding cultural richness, tradition, and creativity, while bringing people together in an atmosphere of joy, friendship, and togetherness.

I extend my warmest congratulations to the organizers, participants, and all the dear citizens of Čapljina on the occasion of this magnificent carnival. The Ministry is proud to support events such as this, which promote cultural diversity, international cooperation, and the affirmation of our country on the European cultural map.
