On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations on the organization of the 24th Mostar Sportsperson of the Year 2025.

This traditional event represents a strong confirmation of the continuous and dedicated work of the Sports Association of the City of Mostar on the development and promotion of sports, as well as on the affirmation of sports values ​​that go beyond competitive results and contribute to unity, health and a positive spirit of the community.

I regret that due to previously undertaken and unavoidable obligations, I am unable to personally attend the ceremony, which will be held on February 12, 2026, at the Mepas Hotel, Queen Hall, starting at 7:00 p.m., but on this occasion I extend my warmest congratulations and the wish that the event will take place at a high organizational level, worthy of the athletes and sports workers to whom it is dedicated.

I send special congratulations to all nominated and awarded sportsmen, coaches and sports teams, with the wish for many successes and excellent results in the future.
