The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports extends its sincere congratulations to Tea Kovačević and Petar Biletić on winning the titles of Bosnia and Herzegovina champions at the U18 Winter Championship for junior girls and boys, held in Sarajevo from 31 January to 1 February 2026.

Special congratulations go to Tea Kovačević, who confirmed her exceptional sporting quality with a dominant performance, losing only four games throughout the entire tournament, and securing yet another national champion title in the U18 category. Congratulations are also extended to Sara Tripić for winning second place, as well as for her continuous top-level results in younger age categories.

Congratulations are likewise extended to Petar Biletić, who demonstrated remarkable determination and sporting spirit in the junior competition, deservedly winning the title of Bosnia and Herzegovina U18 champion after defeating Amir Škrijelj in the final match. Sincere congratulations also go to Amir Škrijelj for securing second place, as well as to Nikša Smiljanić, Nemanja Todorić, Nikolina Kovačević, and Alona Brzina for placing among the top competitors of the championship.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports congratulates all participants of the championship on their achievements and sportsmanship, with the wish that they continue to achieve success in the future and proudly represent Bosnia and Herzegovina at national and international competitions.
