The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports received from the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina a verbal note by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt (with an unofficial translation), inviting Bosnia and Herzegovina to participate in equipping the newly established Egyptian Palace Library through donations of books, manuscripts, encyclopaedias, maps and other content that represent a testimony to its written cultural heritage.

On this occasion, all interested institutions are invited to respond to this extraordinary initiative that enables the promotion of written cultural heritage and the improvement of the visibility of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the international context.
