The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports received the notification inviting professional and recreational dancers to send a ten-second video in which they present their artistic expression. All the videos will be combined into an integrated video Global Dance Circle, which will be shared on social networks on 21 December (winter solstice) under the title “Celebration”.
