As a part of the Action Plan for visits to the beneficiaries of the approved funds, Adnan Bektić, Senior Advisor for the Youth Sector at the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, conducted a field visit on 3 October 2025, to the Archdiocesan Youth Pastoral Center “John Paul II” in Sarajevo. The purpose of the visit was to review documentation related to the implementation of the project “Youth for Inclusive Democracy – Engagement, Education, and Participation in Social Processes,” which was supported by the Ministry in amount of 11,000.00 BAM.

The project aims to empower young people from diverse social backgrounds, including youth with disabilities, through non-formal education, mutual connection, and active participation in social life. Its activities contribute to the development of civic awareness, mutual solidarity, and social inclusion of youth, promoting the values of democracy and equal opportunities.

Project activities are scheduled to take place from September to December 2025.

During the visit, the beneficiary presented evidence to the Ministry representative regarding the expenditure of part of the approved funds. In accordance with contractual obligations, the beneficiary will submit a complete financial report on the intended use of the funds, along with supporting documentation. The final deadline for submitting the financial report is 31 December 2025.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports continues to actively monitor project implementation in the field, with the aim of ensuring transparent and responsible use of public funds, while providing ongoing support to youth through high-quality and meaningful programmes that contribute to their professional and personal development.
