Tidža Mekić, Head of the Department for Publishing, Library, Art, Music and Stage Activities in the Culture Division, visited the Sarajevo National Theater on 3 October 2025, within f the Action Plan of visits to funds beneficiaries with the aim of inspecting the documentation related to the implementation of the Project for the Improvement of the Implementation of Programme Activities of the Opera and Ballet of the National Theater Sarajevo.

After reviewing the existing documentation, it was determined that the project was currently in the implementation phase. Upon completion of the programme activities, the beneficiary will submit to the Ministry a financial report on the intended use of approved funds, along with accompanying documentation. As the project lasts until the end of December 2025, the user is obliged to submit the report on the intended use of funds to the Ministry by 31 December 2025 at the latest.
