On Friday, 14 November 2025, the central event of this year’s Week of Italian Cuisine was held in front of the Sarajevo Cathedral that was organized by the Embassy of Italy in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Association of Italian Enterprises in BiH under the motto “Italian Cuisine: A Celebration of Health, Culture and Innovation”.

The main guest and protagonist of this open-air culinary show was renowned Italian chef Valerio Braschi, winner of MasterChef Italy 2017. Visitors had the opportunity to watch the live preparation of creative dishes and discover modern interpretations of Italian cuisine.

On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, the event was attended by Anita Vlašić, Head of the Minister’s Office.
