The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports the information that UNESCO has opened a massive open online course on preventing illegal trade in cultural goods.

The massive open online course consists of six modules and is adapted to UNESCO’s Specialized Curriculum for Capacity Building to Combat Illegal Trafficking in Cultural Goods, as well as teaching materials jointly developed by the EU and UNESCO entitled “Combating Illegal Trafficking in Cultural Goods. Handbook for European Justice and Law Enforcement”. The purpose of the course is to share content for a wide range of stakeholders, from cultural heritage professionals to the judiciary and law enforcement.
