Tuesday on the Promenade: Ajdin Osmanović deeply touched hearts and souls with his unique voice, performing sevdah and other traditional songs

An exceptional concert was held today on the Promenade of Culture as a part of the “Days of European Heritage” programme under the motto “Roads, Connections and Networks”, which reminded us of the richness of our common cultural heritage, which was built and shaped by our ancestors over the centuries.

The enchanting, exceptionally talented Ajdin Osmanović, together with his mentor, piano teacher Jasmin Brašnjić, brought special magic to today’s Promenade of Culture. Ajdin, who is only 13 years old, delighted the audience with his unique voice, performing sevdah and other traditional songs with which we travelled through time and space, from Bentbaša to Mostar, from tents to Mazedonia. No one was left indifferent to Ajdin’s ringing, pearly voice, and the performance was filled with emotions that deeply touched the hearts and souls of all the present, both intentional guests and random passers-by.

We would like to thank all the visitors and participants for contributing to another successful event as a part of the Days of European Heritage with their presence and support. We will continue to celebrate our cultural heritage and are looking forward to future encounters on the Promenade of Culture.
