The Administrative Director of the Sarajevo Film Festival, Dževad Mujan, visited the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports on 9 March 2026, where he met with Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević.

Minister Vlaisavljević pointed out that the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports recognizes the importance of large cultural events like the Sarajevo Film Festival, which has been proven in recent years, pointing out that we are eagerly awaiting the 32nd edition of another prestigious film festival in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Mujan thanked the Ministry for the reception and support of the Festival, emphasizing the importance of partnership in the further development and strengthening of the Sarajevo Film Festival. He also informed the minister about the preparations for the Festival, which will be organized this year from August 14 to 21, 2026.

The meeting was concluded with mutual willingness to continue cooperation on projects that contribute to the development of film art and the cultural scene in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
