Dear Ms. Prusina,

It is with particular pleasure that I send my hearty congratulations on the start of the “Regional Literary Review” programme, a valuable initiative that, with its content and vision, occupies a special place in encouraging literary creativity and cultural dialogue in our area.

This program, bringing together authors of different poetics, generations and cultural experiences, confirms how literature is a permanently strong bridge between communities and how important it is to nurture a space where ideas are exchanged, creativity is encouraged and the richness of the regional literary scene is affirmed.

I would like to thank all the organizers and participants for the commitment with which you contribute to the development of reading culture, the promotion of contemporary literary voices and the strengthening of mutual understanding.

On behalf of the Ministry of Culture and on my own behalf, I wish you a successful start of the program, inspired meetings and many new valuable literary pages that will grow from this project.
