Dear Mr Selman,

On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports and on my own behalf, I would like to congratulate you on the extraordinary tradition and success in the organization of the TK Open international karate tournament, which has been successfully held for twenty-eight years on the occasion of the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is a truly significant sports event that promotes karate, sports and a healthy lifestyle in the Tuzla Canton and beyond.

Unfortunately, due to other commitments, I am not able to attend the tournament in person, but I would like to point out that our Ministry pays special attention to and supports such events that contribute to the affirmation of sports and young talents in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I congratulate all the organizers, coaches and competitors for their dedication, discipline and continuous work, which resulted in such a long tradition of the tournament. May the following tournaments be equally successful and inspiring for all participants.
