I extend my sincere congratulations to the authors of the Collection of Works “Franciscans of Bosnia Srebrena and Education from the Beginning to the End of the 20th Century”, which was published on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the founding of the first elementary school in Tolisa, as well as to the organizers and everyone who contributed to the preservation and promotion of the rich heritage of education in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This important anniversary testifies to the profound educational and cultural role of the Franciscans in our society.

It is a great honour for me to have had the opportunity to participate in the International Scientific Conference on the occasion of this valuable jubilee in 2023, and I cherish the memories of that meeting of science, history and unity with particular pleasure.

May this jubilee be an incentive for the further cultivation of knowledge, unity and spiritual values.
