It is with sincere pleasure that I send my congratulations on the occasion of organizing the Round Table with the theme “Education and scientific research in the function of increasing the standard of living”, which brings together experts, educational workers and public policy holders around one of the key topics for social progress.

This meeting confirms that investing in knowledge, innovation and quality education is the basis of the long-term development of any community. The exchange of ideas, professional experiences and visions that this round table encourages is necessary to create an environment in which education and research become drivers of economic growth, cultural development and general improvement of the quality of life.
