Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević met today with Paralympian Ervin Bejdić and Zijad Kamarić, Chairman of the Association for Sports and Recreation of the Disabled of the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo in the premises of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.

This was an opportunity for the guests to present to Minister Vlaisavljević the work of the Association, whose members include Ervin Bejdić and Paralympian Ilma Kazazić and Edna Šunjić, winner of multiple medals at the Special Olympics.

Paralympian Bejdić informed the Minister about the achieved standards for participation in the upcoming European Championship, which will be held next month in the Netherlands, and the World Championship, which will be organized in September in Peru. He also reported about numerous financial problems related to participation in these important competitions.

Minister Vlaisavljević pointed out that the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports was supporting athletes and sports teams in the Federation of BiH within its possibilities, and will do the same for our Paralympians who achieve excellent results.
