Today at the Ministry, Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević signed contracts on the allocation of funds from the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2025 with representatives of Široki Brijeg and the municipalities of Posušje and Grude.

The funds are allocated in accordance with the Decision of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the selection of beneficiaries of the funds “Capital transfers to other levels of government and funds – Construction, adaptation and reconstruction of cultural institutions”, adopted at the session of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, held on 12 May 2025.

The contracts were signed on behalf of the user by:

Mayor of Široki Brijeg, Ivo Pavković, for the implementation of the project “Construction of the Jara cultural and sports center”;
Mayor of the Municipality of Posušje, Ante Begić, for the implementation of the project “Final works and furnishing of the cultural facility”;
Mayor of Grude Municipality Ljubo Grizelj for the realization of the project “Adaptation of the Cultural Center Antun Branko Šimić”.

After the signing ceremony, Minister Vlaisavljevljević and guests from Široki Brijeg, Posušje and Grude discussed the current events in the local communities they came from, as well as the possibilities of further development of cultural projects, as well as strategies for improving cooperation.
