Today, the conference titled “Accessibility, Inclusive Solutions and Economic Ppportunities” on the employment of people with disabilities was held at the Hills Hotel in Sarajevo.

The conference was opened with a short film about the working day of Edna Šunjić, a member of the “Life with Down Syndrome” Association, who joined the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports over a month ago.

After the film, the Federal Minister of Culture and Sports, Sanja Vlaisavljević, addressed the audience, emphasizing that was the first time in the history of the Federation of BiH that a person with disabilities had been employed to an indefinite period of time in a state institution. Minister invited other institutions to open up as well. towards the employment of persons with disabilities, because that was bringing multiple advantages not only to those persons but also to the entire work team.
